Senior Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Managing daily accounts receivable operations, the full-time Senior Collections Specialist will handle customer communications, cash application, and collections activities while ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and handle cash application and collections inquiries
• Execute collections outreach to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues and improve collections outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B collections, preferably within SaaS or a franchise-based industry
• Strong understanding of A/R processes and collections best practices
• Experience working directly with customers in a professional manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of contracts and terms and conditions
