Senior Collections Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the analytics and strategy for recovery operations, the full-time Senior Collections Strategy Analyst will build reporting infrastructure, manage third-party agencies, and optimize dialer strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build a holistic analytics framework for recovery programs, including debt sale and agency outsourcing
• Design and maintain dialer strategies for pre-charge-off accounts, focusing on contact cadence and prioritization
• Track and analyze settlement performance with debt settlement companies to improve borrower outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a quantitative, analytics, or strategy role within collections or credit risk
• Direct experience with collections operations such as agency management and debt settlement programs
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in querying large datasets
• Experience building dashboards and reporting using Tableau or similar BI tools
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
