Senior Collections Strategy Manager
Job Summary
Driving innovative collections strategies, the full-time Senior Collections Strategy Manager will design, launch, and optimize multi-channel initiatives to enhance payment conversion and operational performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead collections strategy initiatives from opportunity identification through design, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Determine contact timing, frequency, treatment sequencing, and segmentation across various communication channels
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic concepts into actionable business requirements and drive initiatives into production
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consumer finance or lending, including 5+ years in consumer debt collections and collections strategy
- Strong understanding of collection levers with a proven track record of improving recovery metrics
- Solid working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FDCPA, Regulation F, and TCPA
- Familiarity with AI tools, champion/challenger testing, and SQL/BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Ability to build evidence-based business cases and align cross-functional teams effectively
