Senior Collector - Hospital Billing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collector (Healthcare) to join their team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform account follow-up and collection activities on outstanding hospital claims
• Use Epic to identify, manage, and resolve aged accounts efficiently
• Communicate professionally with payers to resolve denials and secure payments

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of recent hospital billing (HB) experience required
• Epic experience in a collections/follow-up capacity is essential
• Strong understanding of payer guidelines, claims follow-up, and denial resolution
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible workload
• Excellent time management skills
