Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commerce Cloud Architect to drive customer success within the Commerce Cloud product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture and solution design
• Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Commerce Cloud, providing architecture and solution strategy expertise
• Identify capability gaps and recommend product enhancements or custom solutions to maximize customer success

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in enterprise consulting with a focus on implementing enterprise software solutions in the Commerce space
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce platform and related development tools
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely
• Knowledge of functions outside of Commerce that impact Commerce operations and decision-making
