Senior Commercial Appraiser

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Appraisal Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full process of valuation requests, including procurement and review of appraisal reports
• Develop scope of work for appraisal bids and provide recommendations to the lending team
• Review appraisal reports for compliance with regulations and coordinate resolution of any deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in appraising or reviewing commercial property appraisals
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, banking, or financial industry
• Strong understanding of USPAP and federal appraisal regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and cash flow software applications
