Senior Commercial Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Attorney with Life Sciences/Biotech experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide part-time support for a variety of commercial contracts including NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
• Advise on legal risks and trade-offs in day-to-day transactions
• Support R&D and CMC functions through licensing and cell line agreements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences and biotech sectors
• Comfortable in an embedded, in-house legal role
• Familiarity with contracting systems is a plus
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per month
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and relevant legal experience
