Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Attorney, Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of agreements related to commercial activities, including product launches and marketing materials
• Draft and negotiate pricing, distribution, and reimbursement agreements, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws
• Advise on legal structures for limited distribution networks and monitor regulatory changes impacting pharmaceutical commercialization

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admitted to a US state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical company or major law firm
• Extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial regulations, and healthcare compliance laws
• Experience supporting product launches in the pharmaceutical sector
