Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing complex Auto and General Liability claims, the full-time Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting extensively with all parties involved in the claim process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
