Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the life sciences
• Experience in proposal, contract, or change order development
• Knowledge of industry standards related to contracts and budgeting
• Proficiency in budget and contract preparation, including advanced Excel skills
