Senior Commercial Contract Manager
Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle of commercial contracting, the full-time Senior Commercial Contracting and Operations Manager will collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on both revenue and non-revenue based contracts in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal design conversations and structure compliant commercial agreements in partnership with Sales and go-to-market teams
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including services, consulting, and technology-related agreements
- Develop legal processes and standardized contract templates to support business growth and compliance with data privacy requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in a software technology company or similar industry
- Experience leading deal design conversations and structuring complex commercial transactions
- BA/BS degree required; JD, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong understanding of technology-related agreements and data privacy requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale legal operations processes and templates in a growing business
