Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Contracts Attorney to provide overflow legal support in the retail and apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including supplier and vendor agreements, NDAs, and marketing contracts
• Triage incoming legal requests and collaborate with internal teams to determine escalation needs
• Provide practical legal advice while maintaining accurate records and version control during review cycles

Required Qualifications

• Strong in-house experience in reviewing and negotiating supplier, vendor, marketing, and licensing agreements
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Business-minded approach with strong triage instincts
• Practical understanding of balancing legal risk with business objectives
