Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal, Commercial Contracts (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, and Consulting Agreements
• Creating and maintaining form agreements and internal playbooks
• Overseeing incoming requests to the legal team and managing the contracts management system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of commercial contracting paralegal experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
• Proficiency in IronClad, Google Suite, and various document management systems
• Ability to work under competing deadlines and adjust responsibilities as needed
