A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Provide legal counsel on deal structure and risk assessment
Collaborate with business stakeholders on strategic customer deal structure

Required Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a technology company
Experience negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
General working knowledge of privacy laws
Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is a plus
