Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to support commercial deals and scale the Commercial Legal team's reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide partnership and support to various revenue teams
• Negotiate a wide range of agreements to meet business objectives
• Refine templates and build resources to accelerate deal closures and track metrics

Required Qualifications

• JD or equivalent from an accredited law school and a license to practice
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, intellectual property law, and data protection regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively and build trusted advisor relationships
