A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel/Contract Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions, including SaaS and software licensing agreements
• Provide guidance on risks and liabilities associated with commercial transactions to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and implement risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• JD degree with 4-6 years of commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
• 2-3 years of experience negotiating complex SaaS and software licensing agreements
• Proficiency in data security and data privacy laws and regulations
• Experience working with a deadline and quota-driven sales team
• Strong work ethic and professionalism required
