Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and advise on complex commercial agreements
• Act as a legal partner to Sales and Revenue leadership, balancing risk and deal velocity
• Provide guidance on data privacy, security, and regulatory matters relevant to AI and SaaS

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5-7+ years of legal experience with expertise in commercial technology agreements
• Significant in-house experience at a SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology company preferred
• Strong understanding of data privacy and regulatory frameworks impacting tech businesses
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic, business-oriented advisor
