Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Counsel - Product, Marketing & Advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on various marketing-related agreements
• Provide real-time counsel on advertising claims substantiation and support product claims development
• Monitor and advise on emerging regulatory trends related to marketing and advertising

Required Qualifications

• JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 7+ years of marketing/advertising legal experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings
• Significant experience in the food, beverage, CPG, or highly regulated health/wellness categories
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex marketing agreements
• Ability to deliver practical, risk-calibrated advice in a fast-paced environment
