Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on material contracts while collaborating with executives
• Provide legal and strategic business advice for the commercial aspects of products and programs
• Educate the business on commercial, legal, and corporate policy considerations while facilitating timely transaction closures

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant legal experience, including 4+ years in-house, preferably in the software industry
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Experience leading complex contract negotiations
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive business needs
• Willingness to take on matters outside primary practice areas
