Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel (CST/EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements aligned with business goals
• Provide legal support for channel partner activities
• Assist with legal matters including product launches, collections, and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required
• 8-12 years of experience in an international corporate legal environment
• Experience in supporting sales teams in technology companies, particularly with SaaS and channel partner programs
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
