Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel (CST/EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements aligned with business goals
• Provide legal support for channel partner activities and manage day-to-day legal inquiries
• Assist with other legal matters, including product launches, compliance, and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required
• 8-12 years of legal experience in an international corporate environment
• Experience supporting a sales team in a technology company, particularly with SaaS and channel partners
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally while managing risk
• Self-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
