Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on various commercial agreements including software licenses and vendor contracts
• Provide legal counseling on risks, business strategies, and issues related to commercial transactions
• Manage and resolve complex issues related to commercial deals and streamline the contracting process

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex tech transactions
• J.D. with strong academic credentials and membership in a U.S. state bar
• Experience in operationalizing and scaling commercial contracting processes
• Ability to operate autonomously while being a collaborative team player
• Knowledge of Privacy Laws and Data Security concepts is a plus
