Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice on various commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership agreements
• Participate in end-to-end contract support, including advising, drafting, negotiating, and preparing contracts for execution
• Work cross-functionally on legal matters to support business development and innovation

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
• Active member of a recognized state bar in the United States
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Excellent negotiating and drafting skills on financial/commercial transactions
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, remote-first environment
