Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review a variety of agreements, including customer services and technology agreements
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and identify business risks associated with commercial terms
• Educate stakeholders on contract terms and support the evaluation of new business opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active bar license in at least one state
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in transactional or contracts-based practice, preferably in digital health
• Experience managing customer and vendor relationships and presenting ideas to various organizational levels
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills for data collection, analysis, and synthesis
