Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel, remote from the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the go-to-market team by reviewing and negotiating customer contracts for the Americas and APAC
• Lead complex cross-border transactions with sophisticated counterparties across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor and advise on relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal developments

Required Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with training at a top-rated national or international law firm
• Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial software and SaaS agreements
• Strong understanding of commercial legal issues related to SaaS and software licensing
• Experience supporting a high-growth infrastructure SaaS company is a plus
