Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Temporary Senior Commercial Counsel to support its North American Contracts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a high volume of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, CDAs, and vendor agreements
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for vendor-provided services
• Independently manage incoming contract requests and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract terms

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in high-volume commercial contracting
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in liability and risk allocation
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Comfortable operating without established playbooks and knowledgeable of market standards
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
