Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute various commercial revenue agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Maintain deal flow and provide practical legal guidance to Sales and Finance teams
• Develop AI workflows and propose improvements for the commercial legal function

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of commercial contracts experience, preferably in-house at a tech company
• Experience with Ironclad and familiarity with CPG, retail, restaurant, or agency verticals
• Proven ability to draft and close complex commercial agreements independently
• Comfort with AI tools and a continuous improvement mindset
