Key Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Partner with various departments to assess risk and provide legal guidance
• Advise on product initiatives and translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years of in-house legal team experience beyond commercial contracting
• 5+ years managing commercial contract deliverables
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with senior-level judgment
• Experience in financial services, consumer protection, and data/privacy regulations
