Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Senior Commercial Counsel is a full-time position responsible for managing the lifecycle of commercial contracts, negotiating agreements, and providing legal support to various teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage legal risks in commercial transactions while proposing practical solutions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including EPC and power purchase agreements
• Serve as a strategic legal partner to business teams, providing guidance under time pressure

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4+ years of commercial transactional experience in a law firm or in-house environment
• Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts in construction, energy, or infrastructure
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
