Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a business-minded Senior Commercial Counsel, this full-time remote position will negotiate customer contracts, support vendor agreements, and enhance legal processes to facilitate rapid growth and revenue acceleration.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a key legal partner across the full business
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements and vendor contracts
• Identify opportunities to improve legal operations and streamline workflows

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a fast-growing SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity company
• Deep experience drafting and negotiating commercial SaaS agreements and related contracts
• Clear understanding of SaaS business models and procurement processes
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance legal operations
• Ability to work independently while engaging with a global leadership team
