Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel, the full-time role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of healthcare-related contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving operational excellence in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review customer master services agreements, SaaS agreements, and other related contracts
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws while identifying business risks and proposing mitigation strategies
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews of complex agreements and educate contract stakeholders on risk management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active bar license in at least one state
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in a transactional or contracts-based practice, preferably in digital health/telemedicine
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing customer and vendor relationships
• Ability to present ideas effectively to various levels within the organization
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize data
