Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Supporting commercial contracting needs, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements while collaborating closely with internal teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including subscription agreements and NDAs
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product teams to support revenue growth while managing legal risks
• Develop negotiation strategies for customer, partner, and vendor agreements to facilitate efficient deal progression

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 12+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts and SaaS agreements
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS and technology agreements
• Ability to independently manage contracts from intake through signature
• Strong business judgment to translate legal risks into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders
