Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Supporting commercial contracting needs in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and manage various agreements while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Security, Product, and leadership, with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including subscription agreements and NDAs
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth while managing legal and business risks
• Develop negotiation strategies for customer, partner, and vendor agreements to facilitate efficient deal progression

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 12+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS and commercial agreements
• Ability to independently manage contracts from intake through signature
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
