Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

To support commercial contracting needs in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and manage various agreements while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product teams, with the option for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including subscription agreements, MSAs, and NDAs
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth while managing legal and business risks
• Develop negotiation strategies for customer, partner, and vendor agreements to facilitate efficient deal progression

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 12+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS and commercial agreements
• Ability to independently manage contracts from intake through signature
• Strong business judgment with the ability to provide practical legal guidance to non-legal stakeholders
