Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Supporting global sales and services teams, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will advise on complex services transactions, manage legal workstreams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on complex services and solutions transactions, including DaaS, IaaS, and Managed Services
• Manage negotiations, resolve contractual issues, and coordinate with stakeholders through contract execution
• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise technology services agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• J.D. Degree with 12+ years of experience in negotiating complex multi-country services contracts in IT or Telecommunications
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to provide practical guidance in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with sales and commercial teams in a deal-driven environment
• Ability to operate effectively within a global organization involving multiple stakeholders
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
