Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel for a fully remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on commercial matters and support sales teams with deal structure and contract negotiations
• Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of technology and commercial contracts
• Identify and advise on risk, offer risk mitigation solutions, and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Bar membership
• 8+ years of post JD experience negotiating sales-side SaaS agreements
• Law Firm, Data Use/Licensing, and fintech experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and make decisions under ambiguous circumstances
• Strong focus on closing deals and finding pragmatic solutions
