Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure and negotiate technology transactions, data licensing, IP transactions, procurement deals, and online advertising contracts
Provide legal advice on risks, agreement structures, and company policies
Collaborate with business leaders and legal colleagues to solve problems and improve commercial processes

Qualifications:

7+ years of legal experience, preferably in technology or media companies
Experience negotiating data licensing, technology, and online advertising contracts
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current license in a state bar in the United States
Superior negotiating, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business
