Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and negotiate technology transactions, data licensing, IP transactions, procurement deals, and online advertising contracts
• Provide legal advice on risks, agreement structures, and company policies
• Collaborate with business leaders and legal colleagues to solve problems and improve commercial processes

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of legal experience, preferably in technology or media companies
• Experience negotiating data licensing, technology, and online advertising contracts
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current license in a state bar in the United States
• Superior negotiating, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business
