Senior Commercial Counsel Attorney

Job Summary

Supporting the sales team in reviewing and negotiating customer agreements, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel Attorney will provide legal support for revenue-generating activities across the Americas, including LATAM, in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support the go-to-market team by reviewing and negotiating customer contracts
• Lead complex cross-border transactions with sophisticated counterparties across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor and advise on relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal developments

Required qualifications

• Strong academic credentials and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 6-9 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong training at a top-rated law firm
• Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial software and SaaS agreements
• Strong understanding of commercial legal issues related to SaaS and software licensing
• Experience supporting a high-growth infrastructure SaaS company is a plus
