Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and manage legal advice across a range of legal, policy, business and strategic issues related to the company's products and services
• Help the company's business leaders anticipate and adapt to evolving legal, regulatory, and industry trends
• Lead and cultivate professional growth of a team of attorneys

Required Qualifications:

• 12 years of practicing legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house
• Experience managing, developing and leading high performing teams
• Experience handling complex cloud services transactions with issues involving software licensing, IP/copyright, privacy, compliance and data security
• J.D. or equivalent and a license to practice law in the United States
