Senior Commercial Counsel (Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer-facing agreements
• Partner with Sales and Deal Desk leaders to navigate complex deal terms across enterprise and mid-market segments
• Manage data privacy and security reviews and collaborate with Security teams on customer questionnaires

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise commercial or transactional work
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS agreements, including MSAs and related terms
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy frameworks
• In-house SaaS experience required
