Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Maintain and improve contract templates and internal guidance
• Manage and develop transactional processes for contract lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
• J.D. from a U.S. law school and admission to a state bar
• Comfort with technical, financial, or data science concepts
• Experience in a rapidly-evolving startup environment is preferred
• Willingness to take initiative for company success
