Job Summary
Serving as a dedicated business partner for an assigned sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Commercial Effectiveness Manager will drive field execution excellence, operational effectiveness, and analytics adoption while providing strategic consultation and operational guidance to improve business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Commercial Effectiveness partner to field leadership, aligning execution with commercial priorities
- Translate analytics and business data into actionable insights to enhance field performance and identify growth opportunities
- Lead the adoption of Commercial Effectiveness tools and provide training to strengthen field capabilities and execution excellence
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Business or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
- Strong commercial and business expertise, with demonstrated ability to develop strategic direction and operational execution
- Advanced analytical thinking skills to solve cross-functional issues
- Proven influencing capability with senior leaders across functions
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
