Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Enablement Manager to support its Employer Partner Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to shape training and development strategies for the Employer Partner Services team
- Assess knowledge gaps and prioritize programs to enhance team capabilities and drive client renewals and expansions
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs and resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enablement, technical account management, or customer success
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Experience managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated expertise in developing scalable programs
- Strong background in content development and facilitation
