Job Summary

Excited to build a career in digital health, the full-time remote Senior Commercial Enablement Specialist will support key initiatives for commercial teams by coordinating product demonstrations, developing AI-powered knowledge management systems, and managing reporting and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead client-facing product demonstrations, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and value propositions
• Develop and maintain an AI-enabled repository of product knowledge and support sales presentations and training sessions
• Manage Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation while analyzing data to provide actionable insights for performance improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
