Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Commercial Excellence Manager, Vascular.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting revenue growth and commercial scalability
• Lead sales planning, forecasting, incentive compensation planning, and cross-functional commercial execution
• Oversee end-to-end sales compensation process and ensure alignment with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, finance, or sales leadership within medical device or healthcare
• Experience in vascular, cardiovascular, interventional, or hospital-based procedural markets strongly preferred
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
