Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Commercial Excellence Manager, Stroke.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as operational lead and strategic partner to the Vice President of Sales, supporting sales planning and commercial execution
• Develop and optimize the commercial operating model and drive sales productivity through collaboration with sales leadership
• Oversee the sales compensation process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and managing performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in commercial operations or sales leadership within medical device or healthcare
• Experience in vascular/intravascular or cardiovascular markets is strongly preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospital purchasing environments and advanced Excel skills required
