Job Summary
To lead commercial strategy and execution for complex Defense Industrial Base customers, the full-time Senior Commercial Executive will independently manage sophisticated deals, negotiations, and risk profiles while influencing cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the commercial strategy for high impact DIB accounts, balancing growth, margin, compliance, and customer outcomes
- Lead executive negotiations and manage financial, contractual, and compliance risks while exercising strong commercial judgment
- Advise account teams on commercial approaches and navigate complex customer structures within the defense ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education, or equivalent field
- 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work experience; or 7+ years of equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex enterprise deal making and negotiations
- Strong command of commercial frameworks, contracting principles, and governance standards
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority
