Senior Commercial Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support pricing strategies for complex industrial products, the full-time Senior Commercial Finance Analyst will develop pricing policies, assist in contract negotiations, and conduct revenue forecasting, with the option to work onsite in North Mankato, MN or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and commercial teams in contract and price negotiations, delivering financial analysis and strategic recommendations
• Develop and update comprehensive pricing policies that align with organizational objectives and market conditions
• Conduct sensitivity analysis on commodity price fluctuations to assess potential impacts on profitability and pricing decisions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial finance, preferably in a manufacturing or commodities environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with familiarity in ERP and pricing software being advantageous
• Strong quantitative abilities and experience working with large data sets
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive projects independently and innovate new processes
