Senior Commercial Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Implementation Specialist to act as a liaison between Treasury Management/Merchant Consultants and Operations for customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Treasury Management/Merchant Work Orders and monitor implementation progress
• Review and validate TM/Merchant agreements for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate exception pricing and RM/Sales activities for TM/Merchant products

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• 3 years of experience in Treasury Management/Merchant customer service or onboarding
• Ability to work independently under general supervision
• Familiarity with product lines, internal policies, and external regulations
