Senior Commercial Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Treasury Management/Merchant Work Orders and monitor implementation progress
• Review and validate TM/Merchant agreements for accuracy and coordinate customer legal agreements
• Research and resolve implementation issues independently while staying updated on product lines and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• 3 years of Treasury Management/Merchant customer service or onboarding experience
• Ability to work independently under general supervision
• Experience in coordinating activities for complex setups
• Familiarity with internal policies and external regulations impacting the area
